We've thought of a few questions you might have and given answers below but please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.
  • What is the minimum stay?
    • The shortest stay is 3 nights but this is only available in the low season and on request.
  • Can we have a provisional booking while we check flights?
    • Yes, we don’t want you to be disappointed so we can pencil you in and hold your reservation for 3 days.
  • Is the pool heated?
    • No, the pool is not heated…we think it's just perfect.
  • How far away is the beach?
    • The house is centrally located for 3 great beaches.
      Puerto Pollensa is about 10 mins drive, Alcudia is about 15 mins and Cala St Vicenze, which is more of a rocky area where you can jump into the sea. There are of course 100s of other beautiful beaches all over the island.
  • Does the house have a high chair or a cot?
    • No we don’t supply these but the rooms are big enough if you bring a travel cot.
  • Is there internet and telephone?
    • There is free WIFI throughout the house, but no telephone.
