How to Rent
| How Do I rent Pollensa House? |
| 1. You can review availability on this website and then use our contact form to submit your details and requirements then we will give you a call and chat through all the possibilities. |
| 2. We will send you a rental agreement and we will ask for a deposit to secure your rental dates. |
| 3. Once we have received your deposit and the signed agreement we will be happy to assist with any arrangements you need. |
| 4. We will issue a final invoice for the balance 8 weeks prior to your rental commencing together with confirmation of any other services we have arranged for you. |
| 5. On arrival at the House you will be met by one of our representatives who will hand over your keys and answer any questions you may have. |
| 6. Towards the end of your stay one of our representatives will contact you to arrange to collect the keys when you depart. |
